OB-GYN OR Time
Today we spent time in the Operating room with a different case schedule:
Case One: Cesarean section
Case Two: Dilation and Evacuation
Staffing differs greatly in this hospitals operating room.
Surgeons operate as teams- helping each other-as partners-from across the table- so refreshing to watch!
Afternoon at the Children's Hostel
The Children's hostel, sponsored by Bethany, is a full time boarding school for children that cannot afford to attend school or that live to far away from a local school to get any schooling.
We performed pediatric well checks on the kids and gave them gummy vitamins :)
